Terms and Conditions
Bookings & Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your entertainer or event booking.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new date with at least 7 days’ notice.
Final balances must be paid prior to, or on, the event day.
Performer Safety & Requirements
All entertainers hold valid Working With Children Checks (Victoria) and Public Liability Insurance.
Clients must provide a safe, clean, smoke-free space (and weather-protected if outdoors).
Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.
Cancellations
Cancellations within 7 days of the event forfeit the deposit.
In case of extreme weather or venue issues, Dreamscape will work with you to reschedule.
Liability
Dreamscape is not liable for accidents, allergic reactions, injuries, or damages during events.
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children.
