Terms and Conditions

Bookings & Deposits

  • A deposit is required to secure your entertainer or event booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new date with at least 7 days’ notice.

  • Final balances must be paid prior to, or on, the event day.

Performer Safety & Requirements

  • All entertainers hold valid Working With Children Checks (Victoria) and Public Liability Insurance.

  • Clients must provide a safe, clean, smoke-free space (and weather-protected if outdoors).

  • Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event forfeit the deposit.

  • In case of extreme weather or venue issues, Dreamscape will work with you to reschedule.

Liability

  • Dreamscape is not liable for accidents, allergic reactions, injuries, or damages during events.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children.
